Founded in 1959 and headquartered in Italy, Kemon has a simple approach to hair care – the use of the most natural, raw, or organic materials. Their hair color is 100% ammonia-free, PPD-free, with products that are made with fruit extracts and some are yogurt based. All in the name of wellness for hair and body. The two lines that we carry are Coloringreen and Nayo. There are two videos for you to watch. Don’t worry if you can’t read Italian, just trust us that this is one of the best color lines around!

SKIN CARE

Simplicity and aging later is the philosophy of Image Skincare. The company is run by founder and CEO Janna M. Ronnert and her husband who is a board certified plastic surgeon. We carry an extensive line of these products for over the counter purchase and our aestheticians are happy to assist and answer all of your questions.

NAIL LACQUER

O.P.I. is the world leader in professional nail care and we are proud to carry their luxurious lacquers. Their heavily pigmented lacquers are incredibly rich and long lasting and not to mention they are chip resistant!

Style It Up With Social Media

I am about to make two assumptions here, just follow me because it should come together soon.I am pretty sure it is safe to say that we all get in ruts with style. We may go through a period of time that we apply our makeup the same, when we wear the same hairstyle for weeks on end, and when we don’t have the inspiration to try something new. Another assumption is that most of you who are reading this, use at least one social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Blogs, or Pinterest. Here comes my thought: Why not put those two assumptions together! Yes, that is right, learn how to use social media to become inspired on new looks! The sky is the limit for new ideas and often times these ideas are accompanied by tutorials. So let’s interconnect the two and pull you out of that style rut!

A New Year, A NEW YOU!

The New Year has started and this is a time for new beginnings. Many people have a long list of New Year’s resolutions that they want to accomplish to make themselves feel better. My question to you is “What makes someone feel really feel good and confident?” The obvious answer is: “Looking Good!” So as we start this year off why don’t you take a little time and treat yourself to start out this new year with a new look and new confidence!

What's the Big Deal?!

WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?!

So…what’s the big deal, you ask? Well, the big deal is about this salon that this very particular individual was introduced to years ago. 

I’m a creature of habit and I’m very particular with where I decide to spend my money and time. No, I wouldn’t say that I’m a snob, more like when I find quality I stay with that quality. Pigalle Salon & Medspa in Southfield, Michigan has been the go-to place for myself and many other individuals for all of their aesthetic needs. 

When I was first introduced to the salon my interest was piqued because Pigalle is an area in Paris, France. As a Francophile wannabe, I was instantly attracted by just the name. There is a salon in Michigan named after an area in Paris, France? Whoa! This has got to be good! I mean haute couture hails from Paris with the likes of iconic legends of Chanel, Givenchy, and Lanvin. Plus, the French have a long history of quality luxury goods that are uniquely French. 

So, on my first arrival I was pleasantly surprised (actually floored) because I walked into a space that exuded a sense of luxury. A neutral palette of creams, browns, and silvers blended together with a modern flair. Not modern like confrontational modern, but modern that made you feel comfortable and at home. Bottled water and espresso (black, please) were offered when I arrived. 

Now, to be frank, the amount of services provided at this salon is nothing short of amazing; haircuts, facials, massages, eyelash extensions and medspa treatments to name a few. I could spend all day here!

Ok, so, you might want to know how to pronounce the name of the salon correctly. 
I’ve heard many variations on the pronunciation and thought that perhaps a little audio tutorial would help the next time you call Pigalle Salon & MedSpa for your appointment.The staff at Pigalle honestly don’t have an issue with how someone pronounces the salon's  name, they’re more concerned with making your experience a memorable one with exemplary customer service. (true story) Anyhow, for the curious out there here’s a little tutorial on the pronunciation:
